Halitosis, also known as “bad breath” can be an awkward thing is a very common. Because it is almost impossible to smell your own breath, you may not even know about the problem until someone tells you.

Causes

Try adding baking soda to the current toothpaste or a paste mixed with water and brush your teeth and tongue with it. Baking soda is a natural deodorant and is usually added to detergents as an effective tool for cleaning.

Try chewing aromatic seeds such as cardamom, fennel, and cloves to flavor breath much longer than conventional mouth washes because of the use of fragrant juice.

Fenugreek tea is one of the most effective treatments for halitosis. Steep one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in boiling water for five to ten minutes, and consume two to three times a day for best results.
